How does your motion video frame work?
Our Forreal video frame has a built-in lithium battery and an HD LCD display that allows you to upload and play your favorite memory endlessly on loop.
Can I change my video once I receive the frame?
Yes you can! All you need to do is plug the frame into your laptop or PC and you can delete the video that will be on it and replace it with another you love!
Please note if the new video you upload isn't the right resolution (essentially the right size) for the frame, you will need to edit it correctly!

How long can the video be?
Your video can be up to 15 minutes long!
Where do you ship to?
We only deliver in the UK.
However we are looking to expand to Worldwide shipping.
How long is shipping?
As we are based in the UK, we provide free deliver via Royal Mail 1st class, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days including handling time.
What size does the video need to be?
It is best your video is either 16:9 or 9:16 - essentially meaning an Instagram story shape or TickTok video shape.
Sending a squared video will cause black borders in the video frame.
We or you will adjust the resolution to ensure it displays on the frame correctly!
Can I use photos?
Yes! You can do a mixture of both videos and photos for your display frame.
Does the frame have sound?
No. We designed the Forreal video Frame to always be on.
We believe adding audio would get in the way of an enjoyable experience!
How do I turn off the frame?
a smart magnetic interface which eliminates the use of any buttons and plays just by picking it up.
Simply put it back into the box it comes in and close the lid. There is a smart magnetic switch within the frame and box that will switch off the frame for you!
What comes with the frame?
You will get your very own Forreal video frame with a USB cable and screen cleaning cloth.
Can I pause the photo frame?
Unfortunately no, the video will play on a loop unless you place it back in its box.
How big is the frame's screen?
Our acrylic frames are 5" with an HDC LCD screen. We are working to bring other sizes in though!
What is your return policy?
We only allow returns of an item within 14 days once received. If the product is received damaged or you are facing issues with the frame, send us an email with your order number and we will get it resolved quickly!
